Unless otherwise specified, all Ushopfy products, technologies, programs, software, data, related domain names, symbols, names and other information related to Ushopfy's intellectual property are the property of Ushopfy and its affiliates. Unless authorized by Ushopfy, no one has the right to monitor, copy, broadcast, display or download such property through robots or spider programs for unauthorized use by themselves or any other person or party.

You will be responsible for all content you upload, including but not limited to comments, used items, text, pictures, videos, etc. These contents are published by Ushopfy for sharing purposes and do not mean that Ushopfy agrees with or verifies the authenticity of the content.

What information does Ushopfy collect?

1. Our services require certain information. If you choose to accept our services, we should be provided or authorized to collect 9 types of important information, including:

  (1) Comment and email us.

  (2) Personal description and photo in your profile.

  (3) Identity information and documentation, including Social Security and driver’s license numbers.

  (4) Company and financial information.

  (5) Device log files and configurations, including Wi-Fi credentials.

You can choose not to provide this information, but then you may not take advantage of the Ushopfy services.

Automatic Information: We automatically collect and store certain types of information about your use of the Ushopfy Services, including information about your interactions with content and services available through the Ushopfy Services. When you use our Services or visit our website, we automatically collect information from your browser, including, but not limited to: your IP address, browser type, language preferences, date and time of access, device type, operating system, web page request, email address and password, device location, and content interaction information, such as content downloads and network details, including information about your internet service provider, device metrics (when the device is being used, application usage, connection data, and any errors or failures), Ushopfy service metrics (e.g., occurrence of technical errors, your settings preferences, and backup information), location of the device running the application, version and time zone settings, and purchase and content usage history.

Information from other sources: We lawfully collect your personal information from our business partners. We may receive the following information:

  (1) Updated delivery and address information from our carriers or other third parties, which we use to correct our records and improve delivery of your next order.

  (2) Account information, purchase or redemption information, and page view information provided by some merchants with whom we operate co-branded businesses or provide technical, fulfillment, advertising, or other services.

For what purpose does Ushopfy use your personal information?

The basic information provided to us will be used to:

Is Ushopfy allowed for children?

Our website and services are intended for adults only (citizens aged 18 or above are considered adults).
